THE CITY LEADERS MUST BE TOLD THAT THE PALLADIUM TOWERS ARE TOO MUCH!! HEARING AT CITY HALL ON THURS.NOVEMBER 19TH. BE THERE!

Give City Hall a piece of your mind, speak out against OVER DEVELOPMENT IN OUR CITY at CITY HALL during the PUBLIC HEARING on the PALLADIUM TOWERS Project.

We need your voice to tell City Hall AND Mayor Garcetti that this project is too tall, too dense and too much for our neighborhood infrastructure.

CITY HALL NEEDS TO LISTEN TO and RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2015

  1. 7:AM HAVE BREAKFAST AS OUR GUEST at Denny’s at Sunset and Gower.
  2. 8:AM SHARP RIDE a chartered BUS with us TO CITY HALL
  3. 8:30 AM HEARING ON THE PALLADIUM TOWERS at City Hall Room 350 on same floor as City Council Chambers
  • Return to Sunset and Gower on the chartered bus after the hearing.

The PALLADIUM TOWERS:

  • are more than twice as dense as projects close by.
  • are enormous and will dwarf the Palladium itself. They are out of scale to everything nearby.
  • will cause more gridlock, especially on the overburdened freeway on and off ramps.
  • the city infrastructure cannot support this project.
  • have almost no open space – except for an “orange grove” on the roof
  • may be a hotel, it may be residences – we don’t know what they are going to do. The project is unacceptably vague in the description.
  • have no affordable housing
